Can I order a cash on delivery policy?
No. We currently only accept debit and credit card payments made at the time of order confirmation, ePay and EasyPay payments. If you choose to pay via EasyPay, you will be provided with a payment code at an EasyPay office or via an ATM with an active B-Pay service.
How and for which insurances can I pay a contribution through the site?
You can pay any unpaid insurance premium issued by “OZK – Insurance” JSC, regardless of the type of Insurance, regardless of whether you concluded it in our office, through an intermediary or online. You just need to have a debit or credit card, know the policy number and enter it in the payment form .
For motorists’ liability insurance, if you do not have the policy in front of you, please check its number on the website of the Guarantee Fund by entering the number of your vehicle.
How do I apply for insurance online? How will I get the policy?
You can currently claim:
1. Issuance of Motorist Liability Insurance. You need to fill out the request form and send us a photo of the large coupon. You will receive the policy free of charge by courier to the delivery address specified by you.

2. Issuance of Affordable Home Security Combined Property Insurance. You need to fill out the request.

3. Renewal/reissuance of an expiring or already expired policy of the following types:

3.2. “Casco” of SPS
3.3. Home and household property first risk insurance.
3.4. Motorist Liability Insurance.
You need to fill in the old policy number. For policies under item 3.1., 3.2. and 3.3. you will receive the policy by e-mail to the e-mail address specified by you. For policies under item 3.4. – you will receive the policy and the accompanying documents, free of charge, by courier to the address specified by you.
How quickly can I activate insurance?
Requests are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but are processed on weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and on weekends from 11:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
The earliest possible date for Issuing a policy requested through the website is 00:00. on the day after the day of sending the Request (D+1). In this case, the Request should be submitted no later than 3:00 p.m. and to be paid by 5:00 p.m. on the Day of the order (D) for Civil Liability policies or until 5:00 p.m. on the day after the day of sending the Request (D+1) for all other policies.
For a Request for the Issuance of a Policy, effective after two or more days, the deadline for payment is 5:00 p.m. on the day after the day of sending the Request (D+1).
Request for payment of a subsequent installment under a policy should be paid by 5:00 p.m. on the day after the day of sending the Request (D+1).
All unpaid requests will be cancelled. The customer can renew a canceled request and request a new payment link if the policy request deadline (3 p.m. on the day before the effective date of the policy) or the payment deadline for installment due.
